Industry support

A performance-ready signing process across different kinds of work.

NotarySpan accepts requests 24/7 and supports title, mortgage, legal, financial, and business teams with nationwide mobile, eligible remote online, and hybrid coordination. Each assignment preserves the requesting party's instructions, measurable handoffs, and the boundaries of the notarial role.

Built for repeatable operations

One defined brief connects document requirements, signer needs, jurisdiction checks, the assigned notary, and the required return.

Different documents. Shared operating needs.

The surrounding transaction changes, but the coordination need is consistent: define the assignment, confirm the permitted signing method, match an appropriately commissioned notary, preserve the client's instructions, and return exceptions to the party authorized to resolve them.

NotarySpan has access to a large nationwide sourcing network for mobile requests across all 50 states. The specific professional, commission status, required credentials, availability, location, and appointment are confirmed per assignment. RON and hybrid coordination proceed only when the full transaction supports them.

Ready for direct intake now and integrations later.

Structured assignment fields, status events, timestamps, outcomes, and issue categories create a consistent handoff even when teams begin with direct request and tracking tools.

That same structure can support secure portal, API, webhook, or other client-system connections as requirements mature. NotarySpan does not claim a named integration until it is configured and tested.

01

Title & escrow teams

Route geographically dispersed signing appointments through 24/7 intake while keeping the title or escrow team's written execution, scanback, shipping, status, and return requirements central to the assignment.

Typical fit: Purchase, seller, refinance, HELOC, and other client-prepared real estate document packages.

02

Lenders & mortgage operations

Support time-sensitive borrower signing appointments with a clear brief for location, timing, document delivery, signer needs, status milestones, and post-appointment requirements.

Typical fit: Mortgage and lending workflows in which the requesting party has defined the documents and signing instructions.

03

Law firms

Coordinate client-facing notary appointments for attorney-prepared documents without moving legal questions away from counsel. NotarySpan does not provide attorney services; document interpretation and certificate selection remain with the authorized legal professional.

Typical fit: Affidavits, estate and business records, settlement documents, authorizations, and other attorney-directed signings.

04

Financial & business teams

Create a repeatable path for multi-location signings involving company records, financial documents, authorizations, and other client-supplied materials.

Typical fit: Corporate, banking, structured-settlement, vendor, and general business document workflows.

Responsibility stays with the right party.

NotarySpan is an independent signing coordination service. It is not a law firm and does not provide attorney services. It is also not a lender, title insurer, or escrow holder. The requesting organization supplies the documents and instructions; the assigned notary independently performs the permitted notarial act; and legal, title, lending, or transaction questions stay with the appropriately authorized professional.

State-aware real estate workflows

Some real estate transactions require an attorney, settlement professional, title professional, or other licensed participant. Those requirements are considered when the assignment is reviewed, and NotarySpan does not represent that a notary replaces a required professional.
